Spring Dale International School (SDIS) was born out of passion for the student community of Guwahati. It is under the aegis of the “Prabhu Shyam Charitable Trust”, under the guidance of Chairman Vikash Sisodia and Secretary Basant Kumar Bihani.

It has evolved in its journey striving always to fulfill the vision of its Founder, to provide holistic education to the youth, to mould them into responsible citizens of our country. Observation Phase – The early phases of a child’s academic life is filled with a new experience on a daily basis. In SDIS the period between Class I to Class V is considered a period of observation.

Orientation Phase – The duration from Class VI to Class VIII is defined as Orientation Phase in SDIS. As the students come out of observation phase our mentors have individual records of each child based on which we start the orientation program. It is in this phase that a child truly perceives a picture of what lies ahead in their chosen activity or sport.

Polishing Phase – In the final stage that spans from Class IX – Class XII, things get a little more serious on the learning and practicing front. Be it academics, co- curricular or sports, methodical training takes center stage in this phase as the students are prepared for real competitions and are given a chance to showcase themselves on state, national and global platforms.

Library: SDIS boasts of one well stocked library with an impressive index of fiction, non-fiction, magazines, newspapers & have thousands of age- appropriate books. Library period is incorporated in the time table to make full use of these facilities & to inculcate love for books and the habit of reading from an early age.

Physical Education: Plays a pivotal role in the growth and development of a child. Sports help to build character and teach the importance of discipline in life.
